Our Soft Washing Process

- Area Protection
We protect surrounding garden beds, plants, windows, and sensitive areas before applying any cleaning solutions.
- Solution Application
We apply a biodegradable soft wash solution at low pressure, targeting mould, algae, lichen, and organic staining. The solution is given time to break down the growth before rinsing — this is what makes soft washing far more effective than pressure alone.
- Rinse
After the dwell time, surfaces are thoroughly rinsed with low-pressure water, carrying away the dead organic matter and cleaning solution residue.
- Repeat If Required
On heavily soiled surfaces — particularly roofs with deep lichen or long-term biological staining — we repeat the application and rinse cycle as many times as necessary until the surface is fully clean. We keep going until it's right.
- Post-Treatment Check
We inspect the finished surface and apply spot treatments to any stubborn areas. Results are visible immediately, with continued improvement over the following days as residual treatment keeps working.
