If your neighbour grants access (or is happy to have their side cleaned at the same time), we can arrange this — many neighbours appreciate the offer.

All painted and coated fences are soft washed — diluted, biodegradable cleaning solution applied at low pressure. High-pressure washing strips paint, oxidises the Colorbond coating, and creates streaking that's worse than the original dirt. Soft washing is the only safe and effective method for these surfaces.

Yes — high pressure on timber splinters the surface, raises the grain, and pits the wood. On Colorbond, it strips paint and damages the protective coating. We never use full pressure washing on these surfaces. Timber is cleaned at low pressure along the grain; Colorbond is soft washed only.

We assess the condition before starting, and on heavily weathered or fragile timber we use even gentler methods to lift mould and grey weathering without further damaging the surface.
