These terms and conditions govern your use of One Call Property Care's services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
One Call Property Care provides property maintenance services across South East Queensland. All services are subject to a written quote and acceptance.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work commences. Additional work identified on-site will be quoted separately before proceeding.
Payment
Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Late payments may incur interest. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and approved account terms for commercial clients.
30-Day Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee all workmanship for 30 days from completion. If a defect arises from our work within this period, we will rectify it at no charge. This guarantee does not cover damage from events outside our control.
Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
