Yes — that's the whole point. You pick the services you need, how often you want them, and we build a schedule that works for your property. There are no locked-in packages. You choose everything.
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Your monthly amount is calculated from the total annual cost of your selected services divided by 12 — so payments are consistent even when visit frequency varies (e.g. quarterly gutter cleans alongside weekly lawn mowing).
Yes. Plans can be paused or cancelled with 30 days' notice. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees. We want to earn your continued business by doing great work.
No problem. Services can be added or removed at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your account manager handles all plan adjustments.
No minimum. You can start with a single service. Discounts increase as you add more — so the more you bundle, the better the value. The 30% marketing ceiling applies to fully bundled multi-service plans.
Your full annual visit schedule is confirmed at sign-up. We send reminders before each visit so you always know what's coming. Plan customers also receive priority scheduling — if you ever need to reschedule, you go to the front of the queue.
