Andy runs our landscaping division, bringing 13+ years of horticulture and landscape construction experience — including 10 years owning his own plant nursery and 3 years as operations manager at a commercial wholesale nursery. His expertise spans both softscape and hardscape: plant selection, soil and drainage, retaining walls, paving, project management, and client communication. Qualifications include Cert 3 in Nursery Operations, RPL-equivalent Cert 4 in Horticulture and Cert 3 in Landscape Construction, a Diploma of Business Management, and a BSc in Environmental Science. The science background means every landscape he plans is designed to still look right in five years — not just on handover day.
