Daniel built One Call Property Care from the ground up — starting with a single pressure washer and grinding out hundreds of jobs until he understood the craft inside out. Today he leads the team and stays personally close to every customer to make sure every job meets the standard he's spent years building.

Robbie has been part of One Call since the early days and brings a genuine ownership mentality to every job — he'll put in the extra hour or the extra pass to make sure it's finished to perfection, not just finished. He's the benchmark the rest of the team is measured against.

Andy leads our landscaping division with 13+ years of horticulture and landscape construction experience — built across a decade running his own plant nursery and three years as operations manager at a commercial wholesale nursery. His BSc in Environmental Science means every design is built to still look right in five years.

Beau brings a rare combination of trade and cleaning skills — a qualified carpenter with 10+ years of building experience, including resort and hotel maintenance management. His trade background means he spots and fixes problems most cleaners would walk past: loose flashing, rotten timber, cracked render — all on the same visit.

Michael has 20+ years of construction and landscaping experience across the UK and Australia, including 14 years at Ace Landscapes — one of Brisbane's most awarded firms. His speciality is hardscape: paving, retaining walls, concreting, and fencing, and clients consistently comment on the pride he takes in every site.
